We like to keep things straightforward, so we have a simple 5‑step workflow:

  1. Discovery: We begin by understanding your goals, audience and the message you want to communicate. This is where we clarify your vision, discuss the type and style of video you’re aiming for and review any ideas or references you already have, ensures we’re aligned from the start.
  2. Planning: Once we know what you want to achieve, we move into practical preparation. This includes reviewing your outline or script, confirming locations, discussing tone and pacing and organising the logistics of the shoot. We make sure everything is clear, achievable and ready so production runs smoothly and efficiently.
  3. Shoot: This is where your project comes to life. We capture your content using professional cameras, lighting, audio and direction to ensure you look and sound your best. Whether it’s interviews, talking‑head content, product visuals or b-roll footage, we guide you through the process so you feel confident on camera and the footage is strong, clean and usable.
  4. Edit: After the shoot, we shape the story. This includes selecting the best takes, refining pacing, adding text graphics or captions, adjusting and matching clips, colour correction, audio cleanse and ensuring the final piece aligns with your brand and message. You’ll receive a draft for review, with a revision round included.
  5. Delivery: Once revisions have been made, we export and deliver your final video(s) in the formats and aspect ratios discussed. Everything is packaged neatly and ready for use across your website, social channels or internal communications.

MULTI VIDEO PACKAGES

A single video is content – a multi‑video package is a strategy

Most clients start with a single video, but quickly realise they need multiple pieces to cover all their messages effectively. That’s exactly why the multi‑video packages exist – they give you a set of videos to publish over time, more flexibility in how you communicate and better value per video.

For bespoke solutions – long‑form videos, multi-campaigns, full annual coverage – please get in touch so we can understand your goals and build a plan that fits.

PACKAGE OPTIONAL ADD-ONS

Recommended For: This service is designed for clients who want deeper creative support before production begins – especially for projects in our Professional Signature or Premier Edition packages, where additional planning and development can be required. It’s available in two flexible formats:

1. Half‑Day Creative Consultation

Ideal for clients who want to sit down face‑to‑face and develop ideas together, while still taking full responsibility for the core creative development themselves. Perfect for those who want collaborative input and direction but will independently handle the fundamental story development, narrative structure, and final script creation.

This Session can include:

– Brainstorming concepts, story structure, topic ideas.

– Reviewing and discussing your video brief(s) and or scripts, providing opinions and direction for you to refine and finalise before the shoot date.

– A quick location scout of your premises or surrounding outdoor areas to identify the best shooting spots.

Pricing: £560 per session (up to 4 hours)

2. Hands‑Off Approach (We can do it all or you can choose specific areas.)

Perfect for clients who want us to take the lead and build the entire creative foundation or for those who only need support in selected areas. You only pay for the areas you choose.

Choose support in any of the following:

– Story development

– Narrative structure

– Script development

Pricing: Dependent on the chosen area(s) and complexity.

Included In Every Option: No matter which level of support you choose, as standard we provide professional direction on narrative clarity, tone, pacing and visual approach – as well as on‑set direction and coaching. We encourage you to get in touch so we can understand your goals and recommend the most suitable level of creative support you may benefit from.

Recommended For: Ideal for any project where you want a more intentional, rich visual style. This upgrade is highly recommended for the Professional Signature and Premier Edition packages.

While the Premier Edition already includes a lite grade, choosing the full grade delivers a deeper, more refined aesthetic, richer tones, stronger mood and a premium filmic finish.

What Is Colour Grading? Colour grading builds on standard colour correction to create a refined, intentional visual aesthetic. It shapes mood, tone, depth and emotion – elevating your footage far beyond basic correction. Example here.

Pricing: Colour grading is added to the editing fee and varies depending on, number of editing hours, complexity of the desired look, style and mood you want to achieve per video. Because every project’s creative direction is unique, we recommend getting in touch so we can discuss your goals and provide a tailored estimate for this add-on.

Recommended For: If you like the run time to be longer than the package’s offering, or if the final edit benefits from a longer run time, whether to include more interview content, extended messaging, additional b‑roll or a fuller narrative, you can select extra duration or we can propose it. This ensures the story has the space it needs without compromising pacing or clarity.

Pricing: Additional runtime is billed in 30‑second blocks at a price of £150 each. Any extension is always discussed and approved with you in advance. Longer films require increased editorial time, deeper narrative refinement, extended colour grading, enhanced sound design. This add‑on ensures the extended film maintains the same premium production quality throughout.

Recommended For: When you need your final video delivered in more than one orientation (portrait, landscape or square) for different platforms or campaigns.

What It Can Include: Additional versions in the required orientations. Re-framing, repositioning and layout adjustments to maintain composition and quality. Platform specific safe‑zone checks to ensure text and subjects remain correctly framed.

Scope & Intended Use: Orientation options depend entirely on how the footage was originally shot. This add‑on applies when extra orientations are requested beyond the main master version. If this is decided after the shoot, feasibility will depend on framing, composition and available headroom in the captured footage and we’ll always do our best to provide the additional desired orientation where we can. This add‑on does not include new edits, new storylines, new b‑roll or any changes requiring additional shoot time.

Pricing: Approx £140-£180 per extra orientation video which is billed individually. It’s based on complexity and re-framing time required due to how the original footage was captured.

Recommended For: Projects that need extra refinement beyond the included revision round.

What It Can Include: Further adjustments to pacing, messaging, captions, graphics, colour or sound. Consolidated feedback rounds for efficient updates, no drip feed tweaks please. Does not cover new storylines, new interviews, new b‑roll or changes requiring additional shoot time or major re‑editing.

Pricing: Usually billed at 1-2 editing hours depending on scale. Billed individually based on the size of the change and extra editing time required, please get in touch at the time you need this.

Need More Time? Additional shoot hours can be arranged in advance as part of your final quote to guarantee the extended time slot. If you decide on the day that you need more time, we can usually accommodate an extra hour at short notice which is billed at an hourly shoot rate stated below. As it was not scheduled, it will depend on schedule availability, but we always do our best to support you.

Pricing: Additional £140 per hour for anything over your allocated shoot time. The hours are billed separately and individually at a lower rate to our minimum half day rate allows you to extend your production time without committing to our half day or full day. This gives you flexibility if interviews run longer, extra scenes are needed or creative opportunities arise during the shoot.

Recommended For: Some require more than a single day or what is already included in your packages — whether due to your internal schedule, locations availability, extended interviews or complex narratives. Additional shoot days ensure you have the time, space and creative flexibility to capture everything at the highest standard.

Pricing: Additional shoot days are billed at our minimum half day £560 or full day £1,120 rate depending on hours required. This gives you a cost‑effective way to scale your production without committing to a full day if not required.

What Is It and Why I May Need It? Takes captured on the day, delivered in its original unedited/untouched raw format. no syncing, no organising, no proxies, no colour correction or grade. Because raw files are large and require additional time to prepare, organise and transfer, they are not included as part of the standard deliverables. Intended for internal archives, future re-purposing or use by your in‑house team.

Pricing: Raw footage is billed as an additional fee due to the time required for file preparation, organisation and transfer. Pricing varies depending on the volume of footage captured and delivery via download link or external drive (client‑supplied or billed separately). Please get in touch.

Recommended For: We typically capture multi‑angle interviews using a single camera by repeating a few questions from a new angle to create natural variation in the final edit. However, if you prefer a more streamlined workflow, reduced retakes, or simultaneous multi‑angle coverage, you can opt for an additional camera setup.

Requirements & Notice Period: An additional camera setup must be requested early as possible, at the very least 2 weeks before the first shoot date.

Pricing: Estimated prices for one additional camera, minimum 2days: £200-£260, 3days: £260-£320 and 4days: £290-£380. This add‑on is added to your remaining fees owed.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Central London (Zones 1–2)

Single‑day projects: Free — no charge for day projects within Central London.

Multi‑day projects: £25 per shoot‑day visit, for each day after the first day visit.

Outside Central London (Zones 3–5 and surrounding areas)

Single‑day projects: £50 flat fee — covers travel time and transport.

Multi‑day projects: £25 per shoot‑day visit.

Long‑Distance Travel (outside Greater London)

Quoted case‑by‑case — travel and accommodation (if required) are priced individually based on distance and logistics.

To secure your project and ensure a smooth production process, payments are divided into three simple stages:

  1. 50% Deposit — Upon Booking

This initial payment locks in your project date(s) and guarantees the agreed project price. It also blocks out production time, crew and resources. As this time is reserved exclusively for your project, the deposit is non‑refundable.

We’re happy to attempt to rearrange your shoot date where possible, but this is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

  1. 30% Production Payment — On the First Shoot Day

This payment covers the full filming/shooting phase and is due at the start of our first shoot day.

If the project is canceled before the first shoot day, this payment is not yet due, meaning you can choose to stop the project without owing the production payment.

If cancellation occurs on or after the first shoot day, the production payment becomes non‑refundable, as filming resources and crew have already been allocated.

  1. 20% Remaining Balance Fee — Upon Delivery of the First Draft

The remaining balance is paid when you receive the first draft of the project.

This fee becomes non‑refundable as editing and post‑production work has already been completed to a first draft level.

If any additional work or chargeable changes is requested during production and or editing phase, the final 20% of the original quote remains payable and all additional charges will be added and invoiced upon first‑draft delivery and due at that time.

Pricing & Quotes

All prices exclude travel fees — please refer to the Travel Fee section.

Final quotes may vary depending on industry, project scope and specific requirements.

Pricing may be influenced by:

– Optional add‑ons and or Cut‑down video(s) option

– Additional shoot or edit needs

– Any special requests discussed during planning

Turnaround Times

Stated times represent the maximum expected duration from the final shoot date to delivery of the first draft. Projects may be completed sooner for simpler edits.

If delivery takes longer, it is typically due to:

– Scope growth

– Add‑ons and or Cut‑down video(s) being added

– Additional feedback rounds requested

– Delayed feedback from the client

– Unforeseen emergencies

We will always keep you informed if timelines shift.

Multi‑Day Production Schedule

Some multi‑video packages include multi‑day shoots. We aim to film on consecutive days, but we understand availability can be challenging — split days can be arranged and discussed during your consultation and planning phase.

Revision Round Window

Feedback must be provided within 14 days of receiving drafts. This prevents projects from stalling and ensures timely delivery. If you need more time that’s okay, just let us know so it can be noted, as it may affect you final expected delivery date.

Client Delays Policy

To keep your project on track:

– Delayed feedback extends the overall timeline

– Delayed approvals may require rescheduling and may incur fees

– Delayed talent or location access on shoot day may reduce deliverable and or affect you expected timeline.

Reshoot Policy

Client‑requested re-shoots (changes of mind, unavailable talent, new messaging, location issues) are billable.

– Re-shoots due to technical issues on our side are free

– If the issue is external/unavoidable → we reschedule where possible

– If the issue is client‑side → rescheduling fees may apply but we do our best to accommodate

Scope Freeze After Shoot

Once filming is complete, the scope is locked.

Any major changes to story, structure, messaging or required footage after the shoot will be billed separately.

Shoot Locations

Packages are priced for one shoot location. Multi‑location shoots are available upon request and should be discussed during quoting phase.

Usage Rights

– You own the final edited video(s)

– We retains rights to the raw footage

– We may use the final video in our portfolio unless confidentiality is requested

Can I receive the raw footage?

Raw untouched footage is available upon request as an add-on. This covers the time required to prepare, organise and transfer the files, as raw footage is not included as a standard deliverable. You can either transfer the footage via online service/drive or you can provide us with a physical drive to place the footage on to.

What if I need help developing ideas, scripts, story or messaging?

Creative Collaboration Service is available as an optional add‑on. It includes concept development, scripting, story structure, content planning and creative guidance throughout the process.

Can I add a full creative colour grade?

Yes. A full creative colour grade can be added as an add-on to any package and is especially recommended for the Professional Signature & Premier Edition Package. This enhances mood, tone and cinematic quality beyond the standard included colour correction.

What if I need more shoot time on the day?

Additional shoot hours can be added in advance as an add-on or, where possible, on the day depending on availability. These are billed separately at a lower rate than our minimum half day call‑out or full day rate.

Do you offer additional shoot days on your packages?

Yes. Multi‑day shoots are available for any package requiring multiple days for issues such as with day availability, extended interviews or B-roll capturing, more complex narratives or simply where you just need more time. This is an add-on that is billed at our half‑day or full‑day rates depending on hours required.

Can the final video be longer than the package length?

Yes. Additional runtime can be added in 30‑second blocks as an add-on. This is useful when the story benefits from more space for interviews, messaging or b‑roll.

Why would I need Cut-downs when the clips are only 15 seconds long?

Short cut-downs of interview moments, key topics or hooks that maximize the value of your main edit. Social‑ready clips created entirely from your final edited video.

15‑second cutdowns expand your outreach and boosts engagement. Ideal for social platforms, long enough for a message, CTA or insight, yet short enough to stay engaging and cost‑effective, maximizing your main video and investment.

Do multi-day productions need to be consecutive days or can they be split?

Multi-day productions are included in some of our multi-video packages. We aim to complete these shoots on consecutive days, however, we do understand consecutive day availability can be tricky for some clients, so split days can be offered which we can happily discuss at our initial consultation.

How do payments work and what if project scope grows?

Payments are split into three stages: 50% deposit on booking > 30% on the first shoot day > 20% upon delivery of the first draft. Each stage becomes non‑refundable once its corresponding work has begun. If scope grows, e.g, extra feedback rounds, extended edits, additional shoot time etc – any additional costs are discussed and agreed before work continues and is added and payable in you final installment.

Can you work with multiple locations?

Packages are currently priced for a single shoot location. Multi‑location shoots are available upon request and quoted based on logistics and time required.

What if I need more than one orientation version of the video?

Multiple orientations is available as an add-on. It is highly recommended to apply this from the beginning so that the footage can be planned for the chosen orientations. Footage will be shot slight wider or each shot is doubled, one in landscape and one in portrait giving you the best results. If it was not requested before the shoot begins do not threat, providing multiple orientations will require a little more editing time and re-framing in post‑production. In most cases we can deliver both, but one orientation will always be the master and therefore the highest‑quality version. If you know you’ll need multiple orientations, it’s best to confirm this before production starts so the shoot can be planned accordingly and pricing can be accurately set.

What is the video quality and technical specification?

We film every project in 4K using cinema line cameras. Shooting in 4K gives us far more flexibility in post‑production, ability to crop, re-frame and stabilise shots without noticeable quality loss. Unlike many providers who shoot and deliver final product in 1080p, we shoot and deliver in 4K at no extra cost. Crisp, polished, high‑detail results that looks premium across all platforms.
